Information to include

Please include as much of the following as is available:

• complete VFD model and suffix;
• clear VFD and motor nameplate photos;
• motor kW/HP, rated current and voltage;
• incoming supply voltage and phase;
• application and load duty;
• quantity and delivery country, city or port;
• required fieldbus, I/O, feedback, braking, enclosure or safety options; and
• target delivery date or shutdown window.

Do not send payment-card details, passwords or unnecessary confidential documents through an inquiry form.

Existing quotation or order

For an existing matter, include the quotation, pro forma invoice, order or page reference. The legal seller, payment instructions and commercial contact for a transaction appear on the relevant transaction document. Verify any requested change to bank details through an established contact method before payment.
